What We Do

We provide support to meet the unique needs of people at every stage of the justice system.

How JustACE Provides Support

JustACE works with people from court matters to prison and returning to the community. Our services are designed to address the unique challenges faced by people with cognitive impairment, helping them navigate the justice system and access the resources they need.

Screening and assessment

We offer simple checks (non-diagnostic assessments) to find out where someone might need extra support. These checks help plan the right services for each person and guide both the participant and their support team.

Brain training for practical skill development

Brain training helps people build their thinking skills, like memory, focus, and decision-making. The sessions are planned to suit each person and help them grow their abilities and confidence, especially with challenges linked to their time in the justice system.

Case management and ongoing support

JustACE works closely with each person to understand their needs, help with planning and link them to services. Our ongoing support helps reduce barriers and keeps people connected as they move through different parts of the justice system.

Resources to support participants and service providers

JustACE creates and shares useful tools for participants, families, and service providers. These resources aim to simplify processes, improve understanding, and help address common challenges faced by those involved in the justice system with cognitive impairment.
